DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by Daniel Schulman and Stacey Schulman, inter alia, for leave to appeal to this Court from two orders of the Family Court, Westchester County, dated March 6, 2013, and March 6, 2013, respectively, and to stay the fact-finding hearing in the above-entitled matter, pending hearing and determination of the appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to appeal is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeals purportedly taken as of right are dismissed, without costs or disbursements; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied as academic.
