| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the attorney for the child to strike the brief filed by the appellant Henrietta W. on appeals from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated May 3, 2012, on the ground that it refers to matter dehors the record.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the brief filed by the appellant Henrietta W. is stricken, and on or before May 24, 2012, the appellant Henrietta W. Shall serve and file a replacement brief that does not refer to matter dehors the record; and it is further,
ORDERED that pursuant to § 670.4(a)(2) of the rules of this Court (see 22 NYCRR 670.4[a][2]), the time for the attorney for the child to serve and file a brief on the appeal is enlarged until June 24, 2013.
