Separate appeals by Mahaadai D. H., Rhonda L. H., and Terrence H. from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated July 30, 2012. Separate appeals by Rhonda L. H. and Mahaadai D. H. from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated January 22, 2013.

ORDERED that the appellant Rhonda L. H. is granted leave to proceed as a poor person on the appeal from the order dated January 22, 2013, and the following named attorney is assigned as counsel to prosecute that appeal on her behalf:
