DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the attorney for the child Darrell W. to be relieved of an assignment to represent the child Darrell W. on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Westchester County, dated November 28, 2011.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition to or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the attorney for the child Darrell W., Helene Bernstein, Esq., 44 Court Street, Suite 905, Brooklyn, N.Y. 11201, is directed to turn over all papers in the action to the new attorney for the child Darrell W. herein assigned; and it is further,
