DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals by Santos Abercio R. and F. M. from an order of the Family Court, Nassau County, dated November 7, 2012. By order to show cause dated March 6, 2013, the parties or their attorneys were directed to show cause before this Court why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the appeal by the nonparty-appellant in the above-entitled proceeding on the ground that the nonparty-appellant is not aggrieved by the order on appeal. Application by the appellants to withdraw their appeals.

Now, upon the order to show cause and the papers filed in response thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is it is

ORDERED that the application is granted and the appeals are deemed withdrawn, without costs or disbursements; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion to dismiss the appeal by the nonparty-appellant is denied as academic.
