| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated July 14, 2011, to extend his time to comply with a decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 29, 2012.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the appellant's time to comply with the decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 29, 2012, by settling the transcript, if the transcript has not yet been settled, and serving and filing a supplemental appendix containing all of the material excerpts from the transcript in accordance with the rules of this Court (see 22 NYCRR 670.10.2[c]) is extended until June 13, 2013; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until July 15, 2013, and the respondent's brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
