Motion by the appellant pro se on appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, rendered September 20, 2011, and a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered November 17, 2011, in effect, for leave to file his waivers of the right to appellate counsel in the form appended to the motion papers. Application by the appellant to strike the papers filed by the respondent in relation to the motion.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the application, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the appellant's briefs in the above-entitled appeals submitted to the Clerk of the Court are accepted for filing; and it is further,

ORDERED that the application is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the time to serve and file respondent's briefs in the above-entitled appeals is enlarged until June 13, 2013, and the respondent's briefs must be served and filed on or before that date.
