Motion by the appellant pro se for leave to reargue his prior motion for leave to prosecute an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated July 17, 2012, as a poor person, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 19, 2013.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appellant's time to perfect the appeal is enlarged until June 20, 2013, and the record or appendix on the appeal and the appellant's brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further enlargement of time shall be granted.
