On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 20, 2013, in the above entitled appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Kings County, both dated June 20, 2012, and an order of the same court dated July 6, 2011, is amended by deleting from the first decretal paragraph thereof the date "April 22, 2013," and substituting therefor the date "April 24, 2013."
