ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated April 29, 2013, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated April 10, 2013, is amended by deleting from first paragraph thereof the words "Kings County, dated April 9, 2013," and substituting therefor the words "Westchester County, dated April 10, 2013."
