Application by the respondent Amy Braunstein to withdraw a brief filed in connection with appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated November 30, 2011, and January 17, 2012, respectively, and an appeal from a judgment of the same court dated April 11, 2012, and pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the application is granted, the applicant's brief is deemed withdrawn, the applicant's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until May 30, 2013, and the applicant's replacement brief shall be served and filed on or before that date.
