On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated April 29, 2013, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated September 5, 2012, is amended by deleting from the second paragraph thereof the words "the papers filed in opposition thereto" and substituting therefor the words "no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto."
