It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the appeal from the resentence rendered March 7, 2011, the judgment of Seneca County Court, rendered March 27, 2003, and the order of Seneca County Court, entered July 21, 2006 are hereby consolidated for the purposes of perfecting and arguing the appeals.
