Motion by the appellant to enlarge the time to perfect appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated June 7, 2012, and a judgment of the same court entered July 27, 2012.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the appellant's time to perfect the appeals is enlarged until June 17, 2013, and the record or appendix on the appeals and the appellant's brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
