On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the order on application of this Court dated March 26, 2013, in the above-entitled proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 which was transferred to this Court by order of the Supreme Court, Dutchess County, dated September 13, 2011, is amended by deleting from the decretal paragraph thereof the date "April 26, 2013," and substituting therefor the date "April 29, 2013."
