Motion by the appellants-respondents on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered June 21, 2012, inter alia, for leave to reargue their prior motion, inter alia, pursuant to CPLR 5518 to vacate a preliminary injunction, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated February 27, 2013.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied, without prejudice to the appellants-respondents seeking relief pursuant to Judiciary Law § 753(a), if they deem it appropriate.
