| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered March 29, 2012, in effect, for leave to reargue his prior motion, in effect, to stay enforcement of a judgment of the same court dated February 18, 2010, and vacate any liens and income executions levied as a result of the judgment, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated February 11, 2013.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
