Appeals by the plaintiffs from a decision of the Supreme Court, Orange County, dated June 20, 2012, two orders of the same court dated December 10, 2012, and December 11, 2012, respectively, and a judgment of the same court entered February 14, 2013.

ORDERED that the appeal from the decision under Appellate Division Docket No. 2013-04315 is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, as no appeal lies from a decision (see Schicchi v J. A. Green Constr. Corp., 100 AD2d 509).
