DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellants on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered July 2, 2012, and November 13, 2012, respectively, to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal from the order entered July 2, 2012.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, the appellants' time to perfect the appeal from the order entered July 2, 2012, is enlarged until July 5, 2013, and the record or appendix on the appeal and the appellants' brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appellants' time to perfect the appeal from the order entered November 13, 2012, is enlarged until July 5, 2013, and the record or appendix on the appeal and the appellants' brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
