| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant, in effect, to amend a notice of appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered April 2, 2012, to reflect that the appeal is being taken to the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department. Separate motion by the respondent to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the appellant's motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the respondent's motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the appellant's motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondent's motion is granted, the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until June 5, 2013, and the respondent's brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
