Motion by the respondents Workers Compensation Board of State of New York and Commissioners of State Insurance Fund on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated February 15, 2012, for leave to file a supplemental record containing their answer and substitution of counsel, annexed to their motion papers as exhibit A.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and on or before May 22, 2013, the respondents Workers Compensation Board of State of New York and Commissioners of State Insurance Fund shall serve and file a supplemental record containing their answer and substitution of counsel, annexed to their motion papers as exhibit A.
