Motion by the appellant for leave to file a supplemental record containing an affidavit of Keith Mahoney dated November 29, 2011, on an appeal from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, entered February 29, 2012.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and on or before May 22, 2013, the appellant shall serve and file a supplemental record containing the affidavit of Keith Mahoney dated November 29, 2011.
