Motion by the appellant for leave to file a supplemental brief on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Rockland County, rendered January 3, 2012.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the appellant shall serve and file the supplemental brief on or before May 23, 2013; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until June 24, 2013, and the respondent's brief, if any, must be served and filed on or before that date.
