Motion by the appellants to stay enforcement of an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, entered August 14, 2012, and to enjoin the respondents from using funds from the Drinking Water Protection Fund "for any other use or purpose not explicitly provided for in the 2007 Mandatory Referendum," pending hearing and determination of an appeal from the order.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
