Motion by the appellant-respondent Electrolux Home Products, Inc., to withdraw its appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated January 18, 2012, and to withdraw as a respondent on the cross appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the appeal by Electrolux Home Products, Inc., is deemed withdrawn, without costs or disbursements, and Electrolux Home Products, Inc, is deemed to no longer be a respondent on the cross appeal.
