| ORDER ON APPLICATION |
Application pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a respondents' brief on an appeal from an order of the Court of Claims, dated August 21, 2012, and to enlarge the time to serve and file a reply brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the application which is to enlarge the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is granted to the extent the respondents' time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until May 30, 2013, and the respondents' brief must be served and filed on or before that date and that branch of the application is otherwise denied; and it is further,
