Appeals having been taken herein from orders of the Family Court, Jefferson County, entered in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on May 25, 2012, and petitioner-respondent having moved for an extension of time within which to file and serve its brief,
Now, upon reading and filing affidavit of Iris Yao, Esq., sworn to April 10, 2013, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and the affidavit of Lisa Weldon, Esq., sworn to April 16, 2013, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
