| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant-respondent, inter alia, to stay enforcement of so much of two orders of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, both dated April 24, 2013, as directed him to appear for a deposition pending hearing and determination of appeals from the orders and a cross appeal from the order docketed under Appellate Division Docket No. 2013-04592. Separate motion by the respondent-appellant, inter alia, to stay the trial in the above-entitled action pending hearing and determination of the appeals and cross appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motions are denied.
