Motion by the petitioner, inter alia, in effect, for leave to reargue a writ of habeas corpus in the nature of an application to release Theresa Ogoli Okolie from the respondents' custody, which was determined by decision order and judgment of this Court dated January 9, 2013.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
