DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant Yvette Cruz to enlarge the time to perfect her appeal from an order of the Family Court, Orange County, dated March 6, 2012.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted and the time for the appellant Yvette Cruz to serve and file her brief on her appeal is enlarged until June 10, 2013, and her brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
