| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by assigned counsel for the appellant Kiona E. to be relieved as counsel for the appellant Kiona E. on appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Westchester County, both dated June 28, 2012. The motion for assignment of counsel was granted on October 22, 2012, and the following named attorney was assigned as counsel to prosecute the appeals on behalf of Kiona E.:
