Motion by the appellant pro se on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered July 1, 2011, to file photographs entered into evidence by his counsel at trial as exhibits to the original papers.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the defendant shall file the subject photographs as exhibits to the original papers when he files his pro se supplemental brief.
