ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 6, 2013, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, dated October 12. 2012, is amended by deleting from the first paragraph thereof the words Supreme Court, Westchester County, entered March 29, 2010," and substituting therefor the words "Supreme Court, Richmond County, dated October 12. 2012."
