DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant to direct that her time to perfect an appeal from an interlocutory judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated October 18, 2012, remains six months from the date of filing of the notice of appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the appellant's time to perfect the appeal remains until May 26, 2013, six months from the date of filing of the notice of appeal, and the appellant shall file her record and brief on or before that date.
