DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals by Elizabeth Renner from three orders of the Family Court, Kings County, dated September 28, 2012, October 2, 2012, and December 10, 2012, respectively. By order to show cause dated April 15, 2013, the parties or their attorneys were directed to show cause before this Court why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the appeals in the above-entitled proceedings for failure to comply with a decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 8, 2013.
