| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal by Sondra M. from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated January 16, 2013. By order to show cause dated April 8, 2013, the parties were directed to show cause before this Court why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the appeal on the ground that the appeal had been rendered academic in light the appellant's discharge from the subject facility as of March 8, 2013.
Now, upon the order to show cause and the papers filed in response thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion to dismiss the appeal is granted, and the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements.
