Appellant having moved for an extension of time to perfect the appeal taken herein from a judgment of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Wyoming on March 27, 2012,

Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Anthony D. Amaker sworn to April 16, 2013, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the dismissal of the appeal from the order entered March 27, 2012, is vacated on the condition that the appeal is perfected on or before July 15, 2013.
