Appeals having been taken herein from an order of Family Court, Erie County, entered in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on March 27, 2012, and the attorney for the child, Mary Anne Connell, Esq., having moved for an order compelling petitioner-respondent to make the subject child available for a meeting with the attorney for the child,
Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Mary Anne Connell, Esq., sworn to April 7, 2013, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted and petitioner-respondent is directed to make the subject child available for a meeting with the attorney for the child, to be held on or before June 13, 2013.
