Now, upon reading and filing the affidavits of Rebecca Halladay, sworn to April 5, 2013, and April 12, 2013, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and the affidavit of David Halladay, sworn to May 1, 2013, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is denied with leave to renew upon the submission of a new motion that includes an affidavit that addresses the allegations contained in the affidavit of David Halladay, sworn to May 1, 2013.
