Respondent having moved for an extension of time to file and serve a brief on the appeal taken herein from a judgment of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Erie on December 22, 2011,
Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Michael J. Stachowski, Esq., sworn to April 22, 2013, and, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the first ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered March 27, 2013, is hereby amended by deleting the date April 26, 2013, and inserting in its place the date June 13, 2013
It is further ORDERED that the second ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered March 27, 2013, is hereby amended by deleting the May 13, 2013, and inserting in its place the date June 28, 2013.
