| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellants, inter alia, for a preference in the calendaring of an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated April 4, 2013, and, in effect, to vacate an order on application of this Court dated May 14, 2013, which granted separate applications by the respondents Zsa Zsa Millington Harewood and Ricardo Harewood pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file briefs.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for a preference is granted and the appeal will be calendared after all of the briefs have been filed; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
