On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 8, 2013, in the above-entitled matter, on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered January 4, 2012, and July 17, 2012, respectively, is amended by deleting from the second paragraph thereof the words "no papers having been filed," and substituting therefor the words "the papers filed."
