Motion by the appellant to recall and vacate stated portions of a decision and order of this Court dated March 29, 2011, which determined appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated November 20, 2009, and February 2, 2010, respectively, and to refer the motion to the panel of judges assigned to determine an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated June 15, 2012.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
