ORDERED that the order to show cause of this Court dated May 10, 2013, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order of the County Court, Suffolk County, dated October, 15, 2012, is amended by deleting from the first paragraph thereof the date "October, 15, 2010" and substituting therefor the date "October, 15, 2012."
