| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant on appeals from three orders of the Family Court, Dutchess County, entered July 8, 2011, January 6, 2012, and January 17, 2012, respectively, three orders of the same court all dated May 24, 2012, and two orders of the same court both dated March 26, 2013, inter alia, to stay enforcement of the orders dated March 26, 2013, and to stay enforcement of restraining orders on certain bank accounts, pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
