On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the order on application of this Court dated May 17, 2013, in the above-entitled appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated October 2, 2012, is amended by deleting from the second paragraph thereof the words "no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto," and substituting therefor the words "the papers filed in opposition thereto."
