| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant pro se on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, rendered June 7, 2011, to be furnished with additional trial transcripts to aid in the preparation of her pro se supplemental brief and to enlarge the time to serve and file the pro se supplemental brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to be furnished with trial transcripts is denied with leave to renew upon proper papers setting forth the dates of the proceedings and the names of the witnesses that the transcripts concern; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to serve and file the pro se supplemental brief is granted, and the appellant's supplemental brief shall be served and filed on or before August 21, 2013; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant shall file nine copies of the supplemental brief and serve one copy on the District Attorney.
