Motion by Sunbow Productions, Inc., in effect, to consolidate appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, dated June 5, 2012, and October 3, 2012, respectively, with an appeal from an order of the same court also dated October 3, 2012. Application by Sunbow Productions, Inc., pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the application, and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, the record and briefs filed connection with the appeals from the order dated June 5, 2012, and the order dated October 3, 2012, under Appellate Division Docket Nos. 2012-06642 and 2012-11252, are deemed to also be the record and briefs on the appeal from the order dated October 3, 2012, under Appellate Division Docket No. 2013-00012, and on or before June 6, 2013, Sunbow Productions, Inc., shall correct the cover pages of the record and briefs filed with the Clerk of the Court and the CPLR 5531 statement contained in the copies of the record on file with the Clerk of this Court to reflect that the appeal is also taken from the order dated October 3, 2012, under Appellate Division Docket No. 2013-00012, and shall serve and file a supplemental record containing the order dated October 3, 2012, under Appellate Division Docket No. 2013-00012 as well as the notice of appeal from that order; and it is further,

ORDERED that the application is granted and the time of Sunbow Productions, Inc., to serve and file a brief is enlarged until July 8, 2013, and brief of Sunbow Productions, Inc., must be served and filed on or before that date.
