Toyota Motor Credit Corporation, Respondent, v Claudia P. Ayala, Appellant.

Motion by appellant to consolidate an appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Queens County, entered September 28, 2012 (appeal No. 2012-2426 Q C), with an appeal from an order of the same court entered April 9, 2013 (appeal No. 2013-837 Q C).

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that appellant's motion is granted, the appeals are consolidated under appeal No. 2012-2426 Q C, and the consolidated appeal shall be perfected by July 5, 2013; and it is further,

ORDERED that in the event the consolidated appeal is not perfected on or before July 5, 2013, the court, on its own motion, may dismiss the consolidated appeal, or respondent may move to dismiss the consolidated appeal on three days' notice, and may serve such application in person.
