DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the respondent (1) to allow standby counsel, Geoffrey Chanin, to argue appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Orange County, dated August 17, 2012, on his behalf, (2) to enlarge the record to include certain letters, (3) in effect, to vacate an order on application of this Court dated April 24, 2013, which granted an application pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the appellants' time to serve and file reply briefs, and (4) for leave to append certain material to his brief. Separate motion, by Geoffrey Chanin, the respondent standby counsel, to participate in oral argument of the appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to allow standby counsel, Geoffrey Chanin, to argue the appeals and the separate motion for that relief are granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branches of the motion which are to enlarge the record to include certain letters, in effect, to vacate the order on application of this Court dated April 24, 2013, and for leave to append certain material to the respondent's brief are denied.
